Your documents, as your own private podcast.

ReadCastX turns your documents — PDF, EPUB, DOCX, notes — into audio: listen in the podcast app you already use, or right in your browser. Your files stay in Europe and train nothing.

Questions, answered plainly

How do I turn a PDF into a podcast? +

Create a free account, upload the PDF — or an EPUB, DOCX, TXT, Markdown, or pasted text — and ReadCastX narrates it into audio. It appears as a new episode in your private podcast feed, streams in the browser, and downloads as MP3 or M4B.

Can I listen to my documents in Apple Podcasts or another podcast app? +

Yes. ReadCastX gives you a private RSS feed URL. Paste it once into Apple Podcasts, Pocket Casts, Overcast, AntennaPod — any app that accepts an RSS URL — and every document you add arrives there as an episode.

Is my document used to train AI? +

No. Narration runs on ReadCastX's own servers in the EU, your documents are never used to train any model, and you can delete a document — or your whole account — at any time.

How much does ReadCastX cost? +

Free: 3 listening hours per month. Listener: €5/month for 40 hours. Pro: €11/month for 120 hours. Hours count only when new audio is generated — playing, re-listening and downloads are free.

Is there a European text-to-audio service for documents? +

Yes — ReadCastX. It is operated from France and hosted in the EU, and it turns your documents into podcast audio without sending your files to US cloud AI services.
